Baldwin's SSC is responsible for reviewing and updating the Student Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). the content of the SPSA outlines the academic programs, supports services, and the funds that are used to improve academic performance of all students that are at risk of failing.

Reviews student test scores (3) times a year, Directs state money towards the goal of student achievement and The SSC Board is elected within the first (2) months of the school year.
